Payment Methods Accepted

  • We accept PayPal for all orders.

  • You can pay with Debit or Credit Card through the PayPal gateway (you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website).
    Tip: Select “Don’t have a PayPal account?” to pay directly with your Debit or Credit Card.

  • We also accept cash transfers, but we do not recommend this method.

  • Personal checks are NOT accepted.


Shipping Information

  • Registered Airmail (Worldwide) → $7.50 per package (includes insurance).

  • DHL Express → $35 per package (availability depends on the country).

✅ Combine as many items as you like in the same package — no extra shipping cost.

Shipping timeline: Orders ship within 2 business days after payment is received (or after PayPal e-check is cleared).

📦 All orders ship directly from our Karen Cottage office in Thailand.


International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • Canada, United States, Europe (EU), and Asia.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can track your package using the link in the email or by selecting “Track Order” on our website.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Registered Airmail: 7–20 business days
    → $7.50 per package
    → Insurance included

  • Express Shipping (DHL / EMS): 3–5 business days
    → Not available for Italy, Russia, and South America

Orders & Returns

  1. Browse products and click on the photo or name for details.

  2. Select your options and quantity, then click “Buy Now.”

  3. Enter or update your delivery address before confirming your order.

  4. Complete your purchase via the secure payment page.


Changing or Cancelling Orders

To cancel or change an order:

  • Go to Your Orders, select the items you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel Checked Items.”
